Digital learning allows the learner greater control over the pace and order of their learning, providing the opportunity to revisit topics.

Within the Learning Space, courses are split into manageable topics, each with three learning tools. This allows short bursts of learning, as oppose to lengthy click and read courses. 

We advocate for continuous learning, therefore quiz and scenario banks are used, to allow the learner to be challenged multiple times and increasing the longevity of the learning journey.

The Learning Space offers the freedom to decide how the learning experience develops.  There is no linear order, so learners complete and engage with learning tools in a way that feels most comfortable to them.

We believe choice is the key to engagement.

The Learning Space reflects elements of a traditional e-Learning, such as quizzes and a navigation menu, allowing familiarity for learners. However, we know not everyone learns in the same way. Therefore, the Learning Space also houses a range of learning tools, such as interactive videos, scenario based activities and podcasts.

This accommodates learner needs and makes the experience enjoyable, ultimately increasing motivation to learn and application of skills on-the-job.

To create lasting impact

Research suggests that people want more flexibility to complete and embed learning during their working hours, in a way that is free from time pressures and dull assessments. There’s no set order for engaging with the learning tools, so learners are free to choose activities that reflect their available time.

The Learning Space is available on multiple devices, so increases productivity by enabling employees to take their Learning Space on their morning commute, or daily dog walk.

We include activities that are workplace based and scenario exercises to encourage immediate knowledge transfer and application of skills. Learners can even get their colleagues involved for a collaborative approach.

Pick your Preference

Choose from 3 preferences – Read, Watch or Listen – and watch the learning tools adjust to suit. Change the preference at any point in the learning journey, for learning that reflects an individual’s mood, environment and time.

Your learning journey will be split into topics. Within each topic, the first learning tool will reflect your selected learning preferenceThe other two learning tools will be the same, regardless of the preference chosen and are a chance for the learner to test their understanding and strengthen their knowledge.

Upon changing the learning preference, all progress will remain intact, so there will be no duplication of activities.

What are Learning Tools?

Learning tools are the methods in which the learner can engage with content, these include scenario exercises, quizzes, spot the difference activities and more. Each learning preference will also have tools that are specific to them. 

Examples of learning tools include:

Read a blog post, read an article, fill in the missing words, explore the definitions.

Watch a video, explore an infograph, match the pictures, explore an image.

Listen to a podcast, listen to the definitions, test your memory, identify the sound.
